Look at that building that looks like a testicle. Seriously, in America, you get a dumpy building for a city hall. Spend any more than $250K on it and you’re not getting reelected! Ok, that’s an exaggeration, but you get my point!

I know there were a lot of critics of the design, but did they also criticize the expense? Didn’t it cost $50-60 million to design?

$250k will get you a small cupboard or a parking space in central London

Coverage of the Los Angeles Earthquake – City Council reaction live video

Estimated around a 5.4 to a 5.8 as the video was uploaded. There have been upwards of 27 aftershocks. This was considered to be a thrust action.

Tall buildings shook and workers entered the streets as the earthquake hit – downtown buildings were affected. 10 aftershocks occurred in the minutes after the initial quake.

Many reports were that the quake lasted upwards of 15 seconds and felt like a strong rolling motion.

City Hall was occupied and Los Angeles City Council was in session, Dennis Zine was at the mic as the quake hit and managed to keep the audience in the hall calm.

Please give me directions on how to reach eastwood city, libis quezon city if I’m coming from the quezon city hall. please include which jeepneys/bus etc to take and an estimation of how long the trip will be. thank you

take kalayaan ave from qc city hall, there is a jeepney that goes to Cubao Ali Mall.

Go down at Araneta center and take a jeepney ride on the jeeps that goes to Cainta. The Jeepney stations is opposite Farmers/Araneta Dome, but there are some who picks up passengers in front of the old Fiesta Carnival/Araneta Dome (near xmas tree) area. Just take the Cainta Cubao Jeepney and go down at C5 Libis area. You would need to cross the street to eastwood once you alight at shell or near shell station.

Me and my fiance want to get married in City Hall here in Philadelphia, but we don’t what we have to do. Is there anybody from Philadelphia that can tell us how to go about doing this?

You have to go to room 413 as the person before me said. But you will also need to take you Drivers Lic’s with you and your ss cards as well. If I am not mistaken the fee is 75 bucks for the Lic. They will ask you both questions take the money sign the paper and you are good to do. They only do the weddings at city hall on select days and they fill up fast so ask the person in room 413 to give you a list of avail dates and you can pick and book you date right then and there.

A new report out on Thursday revealed that more than 4000 employees are illegally on the city council’s pay roll. The report found there were 15 ghost workers, hundreds with fake appointment letters and suspect qualifications. And as NTV’s Robert Nagila reports, the council says the clean up will save it up to 100 million shillings.

Ok so how do you get married through Chicago City Hall?
I know we’re supposed to go to the Cook County clerk first, but idk where that’s at??
I would love a step by step list. (be specific please)

Here’s the link. http://www.cookctyclerk.com/sub/marriage… Marriages are performed under the authority of Cook County, not the City, so weddings are performed at the County Building (and I think county courthouses), not City Hall. You need to get your license at the County Building, or one of the area courthouses, at least one day before the wedding ceremony. You get the marriage certificate by ordering one after the wedding takes place, not before–it’s proof that you’re married. I don’t know if you need an appointment to be married at the County Building or one of the courthouses, but you should be able to find that through the link, or call the County office and ask.
