A new report out on Thursday revealed that more than 4000 employees are illegally on the city council’s pay roll. The report found there were 15 ghost workers, hundreds with fake appointment letters and suspect qualifications. And as NTV’s Robert Nagila reports, the council says the clean up will save it up to 100 million shillings.

    when the useless …
    when the useless city council cannot provide services, they blame it on the ghost workers.
    considering the council do all to Nairobians, we can say all those who work at NCC are ghost workers. including the town clerk, mayor n the useless councillors. better service my ass.
