My first ever concert was a Lindisfarne concert, when i was 7 or 8, at Portsmouth Guildhall. I didn’t really appreciate it, i just went cos my dad loved them and i wanted to join in and see what all the fuss was about.
Listening to this now, and ‘Fog on the Tyne’ and also ‘ Lady Eleanor’, i have to say, i should have appreciated it more! not that i’ll ever admit it to my dad, but hey – it reminds me of my childhood!
